- 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds (methi)
- 1/4 cup fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1/4 cup turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
